By installing or using the Email Sticky Notes add-in or extension ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Use.
JRAltd Workshop grants you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application within Gmail and Microsoft Outlook for personal or business productivity purposes.
All sticky notes, checklists, tags, and settings created within the Application are stored directly inside your own account or local storage (Google Account UserProperties for Gmail, Microsoft 365 Exchange mailbox for Outlook, and local browser storage for Chrome extension). JRAltd Workshop does not operate external tracking servers and does not collect, transmit, store, or sell your email content or sticky notes. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
THE ADD-IN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
